Let me back this up to the beginning so people understand how awful this company is. I discovered ground bees around my fenced in area, so naturally I call them to see if they do ground bees because I know they do wasps as they've removed wasps for me in the past. A guy comes out - "oh these are ground wasps, yes we can definitely take care of that for you"! Instead of charging the one time fee for bees and wasps he was wrapping me up into a monthly fee. I was thrown off by this and confirmed they were taking care of the bee/wasp issue. He agreed. I said I wanted to be home when they came out to go over what's going on. He put me on the schedule on a day that did not work for me - he said "oh, I'll put a note in for them to call you to reschedule before that day". Needless to say, they did not. Instead they called saying they could come out sooner - I again had to explain my hours. They made an Appointment (appointment!). I had to leave work early to make sure I was here when the guy showed up. Needless to say, they showed up when THEY knew I would be at work. Did they do the job? Hmm, seems too fishy for me. I call again, now irate! This Grand Rapids manager was the rudest man I've ever talked to! Unwilling to help, slams his hand down saying he would not make a 4 o'clock appointment! I agree to a different time, early afternoon he said. What do you know?! He didn't show up until 4:30 pm! Oh! Really?! Wow. Wasted a whole day waiting for this guy to show up! He gets here and informs me "oh, we don't do ground bees or wasps - that's landscaping". Talk about completely robbed and taken advantage of! So, not only did they rob me of almost 300 dollars but refused to just charge the 70 or refund even a cent of my money when I had to go through 3 people to finally get my services cancelled and countless time and energy on the phone trying to do that! Again this Grand rapids manager calls and bluntly says he is unwilling to help in this matter. I had another scheduled day for May 28th, then two other times came through - like what in the world?! The 26th, the 29th etc. Like what are they charging me for?! I had to take time off work just to handle this situation. Freeze my card - the whole nine yards! Insane! I have multiple text messages and emails confirming this. They did not do the service they were hired to do and took my money which was an initial service start that was cancelled before 30 days! I'm absolutely disgusted on a company of this magnitude being so awful to customers! Absolutely go to a different company! Do not use them!

Have a bees nest on the outside my house. Called for appointment to have a technician to come out and remove it and spray around house. Nobody came out!! No phone call, no e-mail or anything. I called them they told me that I would have to reschedule. The next time they could come out is next week. I’m not waiting another week for it to be taken care of!! This is terrible!!!

Horrible service. Was told when I signed up for service someone would come back within a week. No one scheduled a follow up. We called two days in a row after a week of service and set up for someone to come back no one ever came. Was told that the manager would call me back to go over what happed and talk about a plan of action. Had to keep calling him to get him to call me back. Once on the phone did not apologize for the lack of service. Was told over the phone that the service should not have even been performed for rodents via a service plan I selected. However was not offered a refund for lack of services or frustrations nor a real plan of action. Was told that if someone was to come back to the property that they would remove all traps put out and would give recommendations but perform no other services to get rid of the pests.

I have never had anything but professionalism and excellence every time my Terminix rep Paul comes out to service the location. He is friendly and thorough and if I ever had anything pop up he is amazing to work with on an issue. I can not thank him enough for all that he does for the location!

Mike arrived during the scheduled window. He introduced himself, asked if I was experiencing any pest issues, explained what he would be doing during his visit and answered a few questions I had. He was very friendly and helpful!

Nicholas arrived promptly, did a thorough inspection inside and out, and discussed his findings and possible treatments. He then applied the treatments, showed me where the traps, etc were located, explained to me how to manage my dog around them. I am thoroughly satisfied!

Since we live on a lake, having the right exterminator is incredibly important as spiders especially are an issue (and I can’t stand them). What I appreciate most about Terminix is how thorough they are (and hit all of the special areas I request, including doing inside and out each time, our shed area, mailbox, etc.), and they will come out any time in between visits with no hesitation. Many places don’t do that, and summer on a lake is such a battle with critters, so I’m truly grateful for their service. Every technician has also been soo friendly, has communicated well on the arrival time, and will even leave me with extra sticky traps upon request. Thank you! I highly recommend.

Arrived on time, walked property with me to address my concerns. Was professional and thorough ensure my house, out buildings, and property were properly serviced. I have quarterly service so it is important to be able to speak face to face with Tech since a lot can change in 4 months. Michael was great and hope he continues to be assigned to provide service to my home and property. 5 ⭐️

We had Nickolas K.come out to our home. He did a great job! :) He was super professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly! :) He inquired to where I thought there was insect activity, and later recapped his full treatment on our home with the special attention to those trouble spots. I truly feel he created a “bug free zone” for us! He is a hard worker that prioritizes the customer to make sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. Nice job!
