Since we live on a lake, having the right exterminator is incredibly important as spiders especially are an issue (and I can’t stand them). What I appreciate most about Terminix is how thorough they are (and hit all of the special areas I request, including doing inside and out each time, our shed area, mailbox, etc.), and they will come out any time in between visits with no hesitation. Many places don’t do that, and summer on a lake is such a battle with critters, so I’m truly grateful for their service. Every technician has also been soo friendly, has communicated well on the arrival time, and will even leave me with extra sticky traps upon request. Thank you! I highly recommend.

I have quarterly service so it is important to be able to speak face to face with Tech since a lot can change in 4 months. He did a great job! :) He was super professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly! :) He inquired to where I thought there was insect activity, and later recapped his full treatment on our home with the special attention to those trouble spots. I truly feel he created a “bug free zone” for us! He is a hard worker that prioritizes the customer to make sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. Nice job!

If I could I would give a zero. Impossible to reach anyone at the local office. Left numerous messages. The corporate Terminix does not have any of my information and is unable to pull up the account, but they do not have a problem of deducting every month for their charges. I have been trying to get someone to come out and address our issues at our home residence for a week now and no luck. Transfer after transfer, voicemail after voicemail with no results and no communication from Terminix. Stay away, and go with someone that will not take your money monthly and the one time you need their help they do not care to at least call back and try to find a solution.
