I would give this company 0 stars if I could. The service was terrible, the customer service was worse. We would call to do various things and they would have record of the call but no notes left. We finally requested to cancel at the end of April, but they didn’t cancel, they then charged us for May and June. We moved and we want nothing to do with transferring services. They offered to wave June’s fee but not May. They stated they had a phone log but not notes- again. We have made SO many calls to this company that are not recorded or go nowhere. Please please find someone else to hire for pest needs.

Splitting the difference - the local team has been helpful and honest, but the main office does not forward customer service concerns in a timely manner, if at all. If you have an issue, make sure you get in touch with the local team because calling the 800 number might not get your issue resolved.

I’ve had this office change timing on me resulting in them not showing up twice. The only thing that is slightly redeeming about them was Dustin their manager that was super helpful and knowledgeable when I finally got someone out. They won’t respect your time windows or appointments. This is the second full day that I’ve waited around for them to no show on me. Each time I had to call them to get any updates then they blamed their not showing up based on how far we are from their home office. Unfortunately we did not get to pick the office but were assigned it by terminex.

Jason was our guy! He was super professional and respectful! He cared that we had animals. He explained everything he was doing and why. He kept communication with me when he was on his way. He removed the trellis material to get under the porch and replace it. No one has ever done that, and it is an area that concerned me. I was gone when he finished up, and he called me, and gave me a recap of everything that he had done.
