Freindly attitude, Explained in detail condition of property and which insects were found around outside of home. This was the extent of service performed today.

I almost had to cancel the appointment, I emphasized to them that I had to drive over two hours to get to the cottage where the treatment was being done.

Noticed my wood floor near front door was roughed up and showing damage. Called my local Terminix branch. They immediately sent Quincy out to inspect and confirm a termite infestation. I agreed to service to treat issue. The very next day, Gabriel, installed the bait stations along with applying the treatment that should take care of issue. So far my experience, with Susan in the local office along with Quincy and Gabriel, have all been positive. They all were pleasant and willing to answer my questions. It will take about 3 weeks for treatment to work. Gabriel has assured me company will come back and inspect problem area to ensure treatment is working. I appreciate having a company provide peace of mind along with good service.
