I receive great service when Ms. Kimberlee comes, I see results after her treatments. The roaches are on their backs and others look like they are about to drop dead. I love the way she details her treatments as to where the roaches are hiding. And also treating the outside of my home. I have a regret when I specifically request her to come treat my home, but they send other people, no offense but the guy name Mr. Donald just did not see any results from his treatments, almost looked like they got worse for some reason. So, if I can just have the same person, Ms. Kimberlee that service my home I would really appreciate it. I'm paying for the service, I should get the person that I request who showed results. Thank you.

Pleased with Robert, a superb, conversant, and knowledgeable technician, who checked my termite bait cylinders. He found 1 fewer bate cylinders than was noted on his work forms. I volunteered to walk my property recounting the cylinders: his count was accurate. Robert also replaced 1 that my lawn crew broke up with their mowers. In closing, Robert appears to be a stellar employee.

Bryant came out to do a termite inspection and, as ALWAYS, he did a VERY thorough job and even made some very helpful suggestions for insulating around our indoor pipes to negate insects, bugs, etc, from getting into our home! Bryant consistently does a great job and is always extremely kind and helpful! He also informed us of a special promotion that Terminix is currently offering for quarterly pest control. Bryant is a top-notch representative for Terminix and we are always grateful for his professional expertise and advice!

Couldn't ask for better service! Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional. They explained everything and were very clear about prices and things we needed to do to prep for the treatment. Desmond did our treatment. Right on time. Super nice guy. Been with Terminex a long time and I really trusted him. Also, made me feel better about having bed bugs in the 1st place, and explained how very easily they can get in your house! We tried twice to do our own treatment and it didn’t work. So happy to have a reliable professional come in and take care of it once and for all!

My terminix exterminator is always very polite and very understanding to our needs and concerns. He remembered my husband has cancer and told me today to m ake sure he stayed out of a specific room till the fumes passed. I was overwhelmed that he remembered that about us. Been good for my home so far. Hadn’t connected with my tech so requested a different one. Hopefully he works out. They were very responsive to my concerns and my request. Sometimes folk just don’t mesh well as customer-client for various reasons. When I asked for someone else, a new tech came. I’ll see how it goes

Corry and Roy were the technicians that came to do my service today? I was very pleased with the punctual arrival and the fact that they reviewed the job with me before starting. Corry Was very knowledgeable about the service he was providing and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. The Tech was great. Gave me great advice, answered all my questions. Provide information on other services provided for example (mold treatment, mosquito treatment, termite treatment for tree. Pernell was polite had great knowledge to share on behalf of his company. He also called other coworkers to set up appoints ants in my attic.
