Worse Than Useless... Richland, MS branch left me with more pests than ever! Avoid Terminix in general, especially this branch. Their management is utterly incompetent and treats paying customers with total disrespect. They completely ignore scheduled appointment times, showing up whenever it is convenient for them instead of honoring the time I actually booked. To make matters worse, their treatments are a joke. Since hiring them, new never before seen pests and rodents have appeared. I have to wonder if they are applying an attractant instead of poison. I'm paying hard earned money to a company that fails at basic scheduling and fails even harder at basic pest control. Save your money and sanity, hire a true local non corporate company that actually respects your time and knows how to get rid of pests.

Our tech, Pernell Hicks, always does an amazing job. He's punctual, reliable, friendly, and informative. We never have issues with insects/pests in the house because Terminix does such a good job fortifying the outside of our home!

We called Terminix for help with an insect infestation. (We are already Terminix customers for termite protection.) Bert, our initial consultant, was very professional and helpful. He recommended a treatment program. Within a week we were contacted by Desmond, who performed the extermination treatment. Both guys explained everything very clearly, and spelled out what we could expect. We are pleased with this level of service.

I spent over $200 with terminix for my main issue to not be addressed. It was almost like they were doing everything but the right thing. I called multiple times and was told each time someone would come over to address the attic. Each time someone came they acted completely oblivious to what my problem was. Frank told them what he wanted to and charged me what he wanted to. Even though my only concern was strictly the attic. Somehow the only thing that was done was spray outside. Then he charged me for additional traps, that are currently serving no purpose. I called him to address this, and he made excuse after excuse to the point I cancelled the plan. Would not recommend Terminix for more than pest control spraying. When I went to cancel they wanted to charge additional money and say I wouldn’t let an additional person come fix it. I let them know that would be person number 4 who had already called stated he was coming to spray outside again and knew nothing about my attic problems once again.
