Great communication! We have a very old house that came with a moisture problem and they were able to quickly start treating the fungus under our house! They were also able to tell us about a leaking pipe we had under the house which was a life saver! Everyone was very nice!

The Terminix technicians, Herbert and Ryan, were excellent. They let me know when they were coming, and they arrived on time and they did a very detailed search of the outside of the house and were able to find the hole where the rats were coming in from even after the previous exclusion service people were not able to find it. They did an extra search and they looked over every area. I was very happy with their work. They were very professional and knowledgeable and polite. They did an excellent job and I would be very happy to work with them again.

My Terminix service technician, Kevin, is always outstanding. He is always friendly and service-oriented. My husband and I called Terminix when we bought our home (first home) and found that it had a bug problem, especially spiders and roaches. We were mortified, but our provider made us feel secure that Terminix services would completely take care of it. During our service calls, he would simultaneously spray the house (inside and out) while educating us on the use of the chemicals used and how the extermination process worked. We have been extremely pleased with the success and the maintenance services we now receive to make sure those pests stay gone! :)
