Kevin does a great job! He communicates well, let me know what he’s treating by what he sees. He’s always on time. When he’s treating inside of my home, he’s very polite and considerate of not getting the floor dirty from his shoes and asks before he goes in certain parts of my home. Kevin with Terminix has been an amazing asset to our school. He is an excellent communicator and has served us well for many years. Other than the monthly visits, Kevin comes for extra visits whenever we have an ant bed pop up or other evidence of unwanted critters. He’s provided us with education and knowledge of how to best prevent bugs, mice, ants, etc.

NOT ALL SUPERHEROS WEAR CAPES, WE KNOW ONE THAT WEARS A TERMINIX UNIFORM!!! Herb, come out to services my mom house and she was so pleased and happy with him.. I love the fact he was knowledgeable and informative about what he was using and doing.. My mom has dementia so sometime she'll ask the same questions over and over and Herb was sweet and patient with her and answer her with no problem with a smile. He was the first one that she felt safe with him in and around the house without her worrying.. my mom is very hard to please but she couldn't stop smiling and talking about how she only wants Herb to service her from now on.. thanks again Herb for going over and beyond for my mom..

Appointment was re-scheduled for the same week as requested by customer. Notification given prior to arrival time. Greeted at door to let me know he was here and the service he would be providing. Kevin Smith was very efficient with the service and even let me know that routes for services had been switched up a little and that’s why there had been a change in service techs. He was so nice and service was great as always!
