If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Technicians are lazy and don’t communicate. Our first appointment was missed. They rescheduled for Friday. The technician came to my house spent less than seven minutes at my house. It was the first time we’ve ever had a bug guy come out. After he left, we noticed the amount of bugs had increased by a lot . I’ve never seen that many bug in my house before after he got here, so I called and asked for them to come out and fix the problem. I was scheduled for a timeframe between 3 PM to 5 PM I asked that the technician just reach out and let me know when they’re on their way so I could put up my animals. No such call or text message came. The technician did not show up. The technician did not call to let me know he wasn’t going to be here. He just never showed up. I asked for a refund because I am now going to have to pay for a different bug guy to come fix the problem that they created. When I called him to ask for a refund, The gentleman on the phone was extremely rude and told me I would not be getting a refund. I pointed out that they really didn’t provide a service to us. They in fact made our problem worse and I would like to speak to somebody else and he told me that wasn’t going to happen and eventually hung up the phone on me.

I met a Terminix employee named Jack who gave me a quick and easy to understand rundown on their services, how they do things, and the cost. Unfortunately I had to skip on the actual service since I was unable to pay, but still a great person nonetheless.

I had an appointment scheduled for yesterday between 3-5. I received a text from “Gage” just before 3 saying it needed to be rescheduled, and to let him know a good time next week. I called the number to reschedule, and to express my frustration as that meant another week with squirrels in my walls. I never heard back, so I texted him to reschedule, and never got a response. I still have not heard from anyone. Overall a bad way to conduct business.

Our technician has been instrumental in getting rid of our ants & bugs. We had a big issue inside & outside because our area is a little wooded. Colton got us under control & has done an excellent job ever since. He’s honest, trustworthy, professional & extremely polite. Sometimes it’s not even the product you’re sold on, especially with all the competition, but rather the people who are standing behind the product.

We’ve used Terminix for years and have had the same technician the whole time. He’s always professional and takes the time to explain things clearly. We run a small business from home and get packages from all over, so I was finding a few dead insects near where I store them. Our technician explained that they were likely hitching a ride in the shipments, and the fact that they were already dead just shows the treatments are working! Really happy with the service we get from Terminix. Consistent, effective, and professional. Highly recommend.

Gregory W. came out with superior professionalism and concern and walked about the entire house doing a thorough inspection.
