I spent over $200 with terminix for my main issue to not be addressed. It was almost like they were doing everything but the right thing. I called multiple times and was told each time someone would come over to address the attic. Each time someone came they acted completely oblivious to what my problem was. Frank told them what he wanted to and charged me what he wanted to. Even though my only concern was strictly the attic. Somehow the only thing that was done was spray outside. Then he charged me for additional traps, that are currently serving no purpose. I called him to address this, and he made excuse after excuse to the point I cancelled the plan. Would not recommend Terminix for more than pest control spraying. When I went to cancel they wanted to charge additional money and say I wouldn’t let an additional person come fix it. I let them know that would be person number 4 who had already called stated he was coming to spray outside again and knew nothing about my attic problems once again.

My termite inspector, Robert Jones, certainly knows his job. First, he explained every detail about the termite inspection process. He also ensured I understood causes likely conducive to termite breedings/swarming and the different protection and preventive plans available. Robert took his time and did a thorough inspection. He made sure I got a copy of his report and offered suggestions based on his findings. Robert performed quality work and displayed excellent customer service...A well-pleased experience.

TERRIBLE SERVICE I signed a contract in June , with the Richland Terminix team . The technician came out June and July . The two techs promised to come to my residence, however many times was needed to control the pest . I called the call center to schedule for the technician to come out to my residence and they refused to schedule me, so I called the supervisor and manager to report that no one would schedule an appointment . I did not hear from the Terminix team until October 22 . The whole terminix team did not follow up to see if I was receiving the proper service that was promised and described in the contract. Once I tried to cancel they said I would have to pay the full amount even though I didn’t receive any service after the two months after signing up with terminix.

Corey was friendly ,professional, on time, and informed me of exactly what he was doing. Then he was thorough downstairs, upstairs, garage, and then the outside of the house. He is excellent advertisement for Terminex and I would imagine he only gets 5 star. He seemed happy in his job. Joel Payne

I receive great service when Ms. Kimberlee comes, I see results after her treatments. The roaches are on their backs and others look like they are about to drop dead. I love the way she details her treatments as to where the roaches are hiding. And also treating the outside of my home. I have a regret when I specifically request her to come treat my home, but they send other people, no offense but the guy name Mr. Donald just did not see any results from his treatments, almost looked like they got worse for some reason. So, if I can just have the same person, Ms. Kimberlee that service my home I would really appreciate it. I'm paying for the service, I should get the person that I request who showed results. Thank you.

Bryant came out to do a termite inspection and, as ALWAYS, he did a VERY thorough job and even made some very helpful suggestions for insulating around our indoor pipes to negate insects, bugs, etc, from getting into our home! Bryant consistently does a great job and is always extremely kind and helpful! He also informed us of a special promotion that Terminix is currently offering for quarterly pest control. Bryant is a top-notch representative for Terminix and we are always grateful for his professional expertise and advice!

Couldn't ask for better service! Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional. They explained everything and were very clear about prices and things we needed to do to prep for the treatment. Desmond did our treatment. Right on time. Super nice guy. Been with Terminex a long time and I really trusted him. Also, made me feel better about having bed bugs in the 1st place, and explained how very easily they can get in your house! We tried twice to do our own treatment and it didn’t work. So happy to have a reliable professional come in and take care of it once and for all!

Corry Was very knowledgeable about the service he was providing and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.
