These people are the worst at handling business. You can tell them exactly what’s going on technicians come out with out the right material or tools to do the job and you would think that after seeing the job knowing what’s going on at the job they want get the material and come back you have to call them to come back and they still want have the right material for the job. The supervisor gave me his number so I call him to report what’s going on and he says I’ll have someone out there they’ll call you never heard a damn thang from no one. This company is the worst of the worst call Orkin or someone else.

More than pest service! Terminix wowed me again. I was having a problem with squirrels getting into my attic. The squirrels were doing a lot of damage to the exterior of the house along the roofline and I would hear them scamper across the ceiling at night. Terminix identified all of the entry points and attempted entry points (ones I hadn’t noticed) and was able to put material there to keep them out. They also saw that my attic lacked the appropriate amount of insulation. (It was 10-11 inches short!) They blew in 12 inches of treated insulation that deters pests and will help with my heating and cooling abilities. The guys that came to do the work were great! They were very professional and were happy to explain everything they were doing. They answered all my questions too. Even their follow-up has been great. I had no idea they did these kinds of things. I thought they just sprayed for bugs but they do SO MUCH MORE!! Highly recommended!!

The technician, Mark explained what would happen for the treatment and asked me if there were areas of concern. I had no concerns, so he promptly went to work treating our outside. He addressed areas that we needed to watch upon completion of the service. I was impressed with the attention given to our home.

The Technicians were awesome! Very courteous. However, they scheduled the technician to come spray a week after my inspection when I was told it would be 48hrs tops. Now I have been waiting over a month for them to come seal the entrances where the rodents are CONTINUING to enter my home. I call several times a week and just keep getting the runarounds and NO results. Now I’m having headaches cause my house smell like a rat graveyard cause they are eating the poison outside and coming in the house to die.

Never trust their free termit inspection. They did not refund money even after cancelling contract and taking back material from home. I would not trust this company atleast Jackson MS anymore. I never had issues with this company in Chicago IL.

The technicians who did my home inspection and rodent sealing were very courteous and professional. The only item that could be improved with Terminix is the scheduling of some services. It took me several calls to get my bait stations checked, but all other services have been on time and well communicated.
