Terminix Pest Control is a poorly run, dishonest company. After their technician did not show up twice in a row to service my home/office, I canceled my service. Now, they just keep billing me for a service they never performed. Despite the numerous calls to request that they cancel the bill, they said they would investigate and get back to me, but they never got back to me. They just give me the runaround over and over again. I recommend you steer clear of this company.

Do NOT contact Terminix!! It fits under SCAM category. They come out fast to inspect and explained the service saying they would vacuum the areas, steam treat and chemical. But when it came to the actual treatments there was clearly no vacuuming done to the areas. After first treatment I was still getting bit bad, and I had called 4 different times with no call back. They use a call center so it’s IMPOSSIBLE to talk to someone. The call center just sends a message and you never get a call back. 2nd treatment came, still no vacuum. Just sprayed Chemical. Still getting bit. I flipped up my bed and found two rips in the bed bug cover they put on. STILL no response from them after I’ve contacted 8 times including corporate. Once you sign, you are ghosted, and the services are thousands for ineffectiveness. DO NOT CONTRACT. Find a small local company. Still to this day have not been able to connect with anyone. But they make you pay in full before service.

We had terminix come to our home to do bat/squirrel mitigation in October. Due to the pitch of our roof we were informed that we needed to pay an additional fee for a cherry picker we weren’t thrilled about it but we didn’t feel we had any other options. The crew arrives does their job and asks if they can leave the cherry picker in our driveway (it was a Friday) and they will be there first thing Monday morning to pick it up. We agreed on those terms. Monday comes and goes, we call, we leave messages about the equipment. Tuesday comes and goes, we call again and leave messages inquiring when this equipment will be picked up, no one calls us back. Wednesday arrives still no response until we get a flustered phone call inquiring if their cherry picker is still in our driveway! It was, I received a quick sorry from the woman on the phone and a promise to call back. That afternoon they came and got it. There has been zero follow up or phone calls from terminix. They broke the fence cap while they were servicing our home and explained that they would replace it on their follow up visit. This was over a month ago.

Terminix is currently servicing my house for mice and they came one time look inside and then one guy came to inspect and both guys have said they’ll keep me updated and to call them if something comes up. It’s been 1 week I’ve been trying to call them and they don’t ever return my calls or answer there phones. What kind of service am I getting if I’m not able to get the to come over and actually inspect the inside of the house or tell me what they plan on doing on the outside of the house. There are mice hiding in spots I can’t find and I’m doing my own thing because termjnix isn’t helping me and there getting paid to do what I’m doing. I’m working to re write my review or delete it if this gets rectified

Hired them to get rid of flying squirrels in our attic. They swiped our credit card for $3.5k and said they needed to rent a lift to reach the top of our roof. They never called us back. We called them for two weeks asking when they would be coming to our house to complete the job we paid them to do. No one had an answer and we kept getting the run around about a manger that was on vacation. We hired a local company for 1/3 of the cost. The local company reached every access point without a lift. Terminex lied to us about the need for a lift ($1.5k extra cost to us) Terminex is not honest, incompetent and should not be hired even for the simplest job.

Not good, I made an appointment to get a price which they did pretty quickly and the guy set me up for another appointment to have a tech come out and take care of the problem. No show and no call from the tech, so I make another appointment, again no show no call. I call back a 3rd time and this is going on for a about a month and set up another appointment. Says the tech showed up but no call from the tech and the office. I call them again, and they tell me the service can't be completed. Sorry to say I will never call them again.

We had Terminix for General pest spray and had to call them in for rodents and then an appointment waited three days a complete no-show no contact. Called the main number tried to get some help found out that the technician rescheduled it for five days later without ever even talking to us. We waited the additional days and they no showed again.. After the waited time, the most started through electrical wires so now we need electrician as well. The incompetence and lack of professionalism of this company is breathtaking and they should have their license Revoke. If I can find any grounds to actually sue them, I will. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the state. I have a three year old. I don’t need rodents running around causing electrical fires. If they adjust been professional I would’ve called somebody else and their service and never known how incompetent they were.

During a very stressful flea breakout in my home, Terminix made the situation even more complicated and trying. Their communication was very poor, as my first appointment ended up being a no show. They said they did not have an appointment scheduled even though I had a confirmation. I rescheduled and Mike came to my house for service. He was just about the only pleasant part of my experience. For my follow-up visit, I set aside another day and had another no show. It was quite frustrating and the customer service people I spoke to were unfriendly and tried to place the blame on me. In addition, they had my credit card information for the two visits and signed me up for some type of monthly/yearly subscription without my permission. I will NEVER use this company again, and unless you have a very open schedule and no pressing matters in your home, I wouldn't recommend using their business.

We have had a contract with Terminix for many years and have always had a great experience. We initially contacted them when we had large ants in our home. They come out every few months to spray around our house to try to prevent ants and other insects from getting inside. I had to call recently after we found a few wasps in our kitchen. I let them know that I wanted to move out of my house, and they kindly scheduled an additional treatment as soon as possible. The technician who came to our home was kind and friendly, and he listened to my concerns. He took my concerns and fear seriously, and he thoroughly checked for nests in our yard and nearby trees in our neighborhood. I truly appreciate the quick response from Terminix and the compassion of our technician.
