Horrible customer service. Can’t vouch for whether their services are effective, since they cancelled my service and couldn’t tell me why. Paid for and scheduled the service, signed and returned the checklist. Emailed to confirm that the appointment was still on, no response. Called today (the day before the service) and the only explanation given was that missed a phone call. Not sure what they were calling about, since I paid and returned the form. Spoke to 2 people and neither could give me answers. I work during business hours and can’t always answer my phone. I did return the call later that day, and no one answered. At the very least they could have sent me a courtesy email, or responded to the several emails I sent. Declined to reschedule and went with a smaller, local service. I wish I would have done so to begin with.

I’ve been meaning to recall Terminix. My representative could not complete or even start the inspection because he did not receive the map on his tablet outlining where he could have found the termite trap in my backyard. I had repeatedly been calling the office, making sure that they would give/download, whatever the map so that the trap could be found. This had been going on all summer. I’d appreciate someone getting back to me with an appointment and that the person has this map in their hand or on their tablet. I pay for this service and I expect the service. Mrs. Linda LaSalla

He stands out from the other employees who have provided services in the past, I hope he can be recognized and be put in position to train additional employees to improve service for all customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. I booked for 2-5pm on Saturday. I got a text the day before that my appointment was 10-12pm. So I had to change my schedule and let me roommates know the time had change and we all had to be out for those hours +2 hrs. They didn’t show up. The guy said he called me and I didn’t get any calls. So I rescheduled for a couple days later and the same thing happened. No one came. I’ll be out of town and then moving so I couldn’t reschedule. Their response to this was not apologetic at all.

We had the pleasure of being serviced by the technician Anglade. He was very knowledgeable and detailed. He checked for everything in the house and was able to spray outside to prevent anything from coming inside. TerminX has been a great service to use for all our needs. I highly recommend them.

Johnny Arellano was very professional and thorough. He arrived exactly on time and conducted a complete inspection even though this was a non routine call. He checked all areas of concern and all traps that were in place. One trap was identified with activity near a tree stump and Johnny made good recommendations on how I, as the homeowner, can address the issue. Another call will be set up in one month for ongoing monitoring. Great service!
