Most infuriating customer service I've ever experienced. I waited through the two hour window for our scheduled appointment and nobody ever showed up. When I called, they said they "had no record of our appointment." After 20 minutes on the phone, they magically "found our appointment in their system," but still couldn't tell me why nobody showed up, claimed they didn't have the tech's number, and wouldn't put me in touch with the branch. They finally said they would transfer me to someone who could help... who also couldn't help. On the phone for 45 minutes and they still never gave a single answer or told me if anyone was coming or when.

Eddie from Terminix did an excellent job servicing my home. He arrived right on time, was very respectful, and took the time to really listen to my concerns—especially regarding the carpenter ant issue I’m dealing with. He made sure to thoroughly treat all the areas I pointed out and didn’t rush through the process. His attention to detail and great customer service really stood out. Eddie from Terminex, is always professional, he’s on time and he contacts me before to ask if I need the inside of the home sprayed or just the outside and contacts me after servicing my home, which puts me at ease since I’m usually at work. He accommodates my schedule when I do need him to spray inside the home. I appreciate his work ethic.

Horrible customer service. Can’t vouch for whether their services are effective, since they cancelled my service and couldn’t tell me why. Paid for and scheduled the service, signed and returned the checklist. Emailed to confirm that the appointment was still on, no response. Called today (the day before the service) and the only explanation given was that missed a phone call. Not sure what they were calling about, since I paid and returned the form. Spoke to 2 people and neither could give me answers. I work during business hours and can’t always answer my phone. I did return the call later that day, and no one answered. At the very least they could have sent me a courtesy email, or responded to the several emails I sent. Declined to reschedule and went with a smaller, local service. I wish I would have done so to begin with.

I’ve been meaning to recall Terminix. My representative could not complete or even start the inspection because he did not receive the map on his tablet outlining where he could have found the termite trap in my backyard. I had repeatedly been calling the office, making sure that they would give/download, whatever the map so that the trap could be found. This had been going on all summer. I’d appreciate someone getting back to me with an appointment and that the person has this map in their hand or on their tablet. I pay for this service and I expect the service. Mrs. Linda LaSalla

Termite and pest control. I switched to Terminix from another company that I had been with fir 10 years with no results. I felt very comfortable with the service I received today and feel very hopeful that my termite problem will fine resolved.
