Ron 26566, did at great job we had an issue with fleas because of a foster animal he made sure he covered the main areas we voiced concerned about and we saw results back after a few days he came back for a follow up but overall he did great and showing great communication with us and great service

Unprofessional and rude. Schedule a free consultation for 8am-10am. We thought we possibly needed termite extermination. Someone called at 10am and basically said he will not get to our house til 1030-1130. So fine. 1130am and no one was here. The time we waited for someone to come was 3.5 hours so we decided to do our own investigation and doubted it was termites but a mud dauber wasp nest. Called the man back at 1135 still wasn’t here and told him we thought it was that and husband apologized for wasting his time and the tech just abruptly hung up and said “ok bye.” He didn’t even offer to still come and determine what it was because according to the website they also handle wasp extermination. Sir, please don’t act like we inconvenienced you when you were the one who didn’t come when you were suppose to. How about a little more professionalism on your end. Thanks.

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. I genuinely feel bad writing a negative review, as it is something I usually avoid — but the way this company has treated me and my family is beyond unacceptable, and I feel it is important to share our experience to protect others. I have never encountered a business that avoids accountability the way this one does. After repeated issues, I tried calling — as any customer reasonably would — but instead of addressing the concerns, they completely avoided the conversation. Shockingly, my number was eventually blocked by the person I had been dealing with, simply because I asked for a refund or proper service. I did not even know a company could block a customer like that. Left with no other option, I reached out to senior customer service, who was sympathetic and said they would escalate the matter to corporate. Unfortunately, corporate rejected all the forms the senior representative submitted — clearly just to avoid issuing a refund for services that were never properly delivered. They claimed a technician had come to perform the service, but someone was home and saw that they never actually sprayed anything. When the technician did finally show up after repeated complaints, they left within minutes and never returned. Even when they did spray during earlier visits, none of the issues were ever resolved, which makes me question what was actually being done. The service was ineffective, communication was completely shut down, and no effort was made to make things right. Besides being unreliable and ineffective, their handling of this entire situation was unprofessional and disrespectful. I have multiple emails and call records documenting this experience. It caused a lot of unnecessary stress for my family, and it is disheartening to see a company treat paying customers this way. I am writing this not out of anger, but to caution others. Trust matters — and no one should have to chase down basic service or be treated like they are the problem for simply expecting what they paid for.

Wes has been providing our neighborhood with services for several years. My neighbors use him too. He is always courteous, professional, and friendly. He always goes above and beyond to reach out during each service to see what we need. I trust him completely around my home and on my property. He’s why I keep using Terminix all these years.

They first came for inspection. I was interested In treatment for mosquitos. The selling point was that we would get a monthly service and additional services if we felt like the mosquitos were still very active. I swell up and get rashes when bit so that was the main reason for searching for a monthly service. Initially we were told it would be 74 we have been not even 3 full month with them and my bill went up to 90. Besides the fact of my monthly bill increasing there has been two occasions where I requested additional visits because the mosquitos are still very active. They scheduled the visit don’t show up and then end up coming on my monthly visit instead. I noticed the first visit they used a mosquito spray and the second a general spray ? I’ve called spoke to customer service twice both times was told a branch manager would reach out and nothing. The first time the representative didn’t even know what kind of package I had. And stated “im not a tech I have no idea what they do at your property” to which I answer “ I understand but shouldn’t my account reflect what kind of service I am paying for ?” Lastly the tech finally showed up to my home called me and said hey it going to rain today instead of spray today I can come by next week Wednesday or Thursday . I explained my concerns on how it’s so difficult to get some one to actually come and he reassured me he would personally be coming. I reached out Thursday morning he seemed very annoyed and said he was completely booked and they did not add us to his schedule. I explained that he had made this arrangement . He agreed and said he would show up by 12:30. I reached back out at 3 when no one showed up and no response. Customer service once again told me a branch manager would reach out. Still nothing. This is so disappointing.
