I have a side by side duplex that is currently having a mouse problem. I originally started out with Orkin with their outside prevention and inside prevention, but, my tenants were still seeing mice. I decided to go with Terminix because they offer l more services other than sticky mouse traps such as bate boxes and other chemicals. I have expressed to them on two separate visits how serious the issue is, but, the technicians continue to put down a couple sticky traps on both sides of the duplex. My tenants have also expressed to the technicians that the traps aren’t working. Several days before my last inspection Which was today I told the representative that the technician needs to bring more than just a few sticky mouse traps because of how serious the issue is and what did the technician do bring a few more sticky mouse traps! I can put out sticky mouse traps myself! I would never recommend Terminix to anyone! It’s clear they don’t provide the services that they say they do! after I found out that only more sticky mouse traps were left I called the company to voice my concerns and to speak to a manager, but apparently you can only leave a message that can be passed to a manager so they can call you back, which could be a week later. so that’s just another week of the situation going out of control!

It has been the worst experience of my life. They only showed for the first visit. Less than 10 minutes and charged me over $2K - for WHAT? They never showed for the monthly services. I called and the account manager never called me back. They agreed to a payment plan and still have NEVER come back for the monthly maintenance they agreed upon. They are claiming I'm not paying, yet I get an automatic charge to my card each month. And now I am receiving collection calls. This is a nightmare!!!! If I could rate then any less.... I would. Beware!!!! Scammers!

We had an opportunity to catch up regarding the yellow jackets, etc. His communication, and actual interest meant a lot to me. And hears the deal sealer, I’ve already received my full report. When Brandy did by treatment I didn't expect much because of my past experiences with other companies. But when I saw my tree didn't have a massive hornet nest I was stunned. I am so grateful I can let my dog cookie out into the yard now! I will be contacting Terminix next time I have a problem. Hopefully I get the lovely women Brandy again. Thank you guys for this wonderful treatment.

The techs arrived as agreed and completed their work quickly and well. Answered all our questions very friendly and knowledgeable. We saw bugs after 2st visit and per the salesman instruction, called right away. Could not reach anyone to help us or get a return call. Tried several times. For $1200.00 they should have called.

I hired this company to handle a mouse problem in my home. I specifically signed up for their plan because I was told they would take care of the issue completely, including removing any dead mice. After paying a significant amount, mice died inside my walls and my house now reeks. When I called, I was told they don’t remove dead mice, despite that being part of the reason I agreed to their service in the first place. I’ve had multiple technicians out, spent a lot of money, and the problem is still not resolved. Very disappointing and frustrating to be misled. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for honest communication and follow-through.

Lied about helping get rid of the problem. After the inspection, the gentleman said they would come in for as many applications as needed to resolve the issue, even coming in multiple days each week until the issue is gone. It was a lie. They came by once (5 days after the inspection, which was far too long to wait) and refuse to come back for another TWO WEEKS! Very very unprofessional and misleading. Horrible business. >:/

My mother had an appointment today with Terminix between 8:00 AM -12:00 PM, but they canceled, due to rain, without even telling her. Not even raining. They keep rescheduling appointment after appointment and it's trying my patience because this kind of performance is unacceptable and inexcusable. She waited patiently for them. A new appointment was rescheduled for tomorrow between 12:15 PM - 5:00 PM, so a technician better arrive as scheduled this time.
