I would not recommend and I would even give them one star. They didn’t even get rid of the bed bugs. I had a six month warranty and followed everything they told me to do. They always played phone tag with me. Would let me know less then 24 before my appointment so I would have to reschedule because I would have to get my house together. Highly would not recommend if I were you I would just buy a big bottle of crossfire off of Amazon for $340 then waste your time with them paying $2200 for them not to even take care of the problem.

Don’t mess with this company! Go local. I got a local quote from an easy to reach sales person that was $100 cheaper for better service. I bought my house and it had already been treated for termites under Terminex. I called to move the account to my name. They couldn’t find it, they had to reach out to another department. Apparently, that department is VERY hard to reach because I had to called back several times over a 4 week period to get this accomplished. Every person I worked with was very kind, but the communication within their company destroys everything. After paying for a year of service, they scheduled an appointment without me knowing! Thankfully I called to schedule my own and moved that appointment to a day I could take PTO, they gave me a 4 hour window. They did not show. I called 2 days later. They said they had to reschedule the appointment but did not contact me about it. I would say that’s the important part! I re-re-scheduled my appointment and took a second PTO day. On the day of the appointment I called 3 hours into the 4 hour window and the woman I spoke to assured me they would be there. 15 minutes after the appointment window closed I called again, she once again assured me they would be there, but that they were probably running late. She offered to reach out to the team for an ETA and contact me when she knew. Over two hours of waiting later, I called again. The woman I spoke to said the tech left a note on the account “about an hour ago” that there were no techs in my area and that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. Could they not have told me that the first two times I called, or when they left the note on the account, or better yet, the tech could have just sent me a message instead of leaving it on an account that nobody reads unless the customer calls to complain. They asked to re-re-reschedule a third service date, I said I wanted to know the team would show up before taking a 3rd day off work. I also asked for a credit or partial refund for all the time I have spent and money I have paid for a service I have not gotten. I specified that I did not want to take another day off until then. They said they would put in a request to speak to a manager and that it takes 24 hours. That time frame came and went with no manager contact. BUT DONT WORRY, they did text and call to let me know that they scheduled me a new appointment for Tuesday. So glad they are on it, so sad that that is literally the one thing I asked them not to do.

Edward Bollinger is my Terminix tech. He does our tick treatments, termite bait traps, and our general pest/insect treatments. He always informs us a few days before he comes. Is always within the time frame he gives us, and always sends a detailed progress report with pictures when he is done. The few times we have interacted in person, he is always courteous and professional! He has gone above and beyond and if we have a specific request or issue, he always takes care of it with no problems. We have definitely had a reduction in pest/insects. I hardly ever see them in the house anymore. We used to have so many of them. Definitely recommend this company, and Edward!

I have had a few ups and downs with Terminix over the last year at my current address. I have been frustrated with their scheduling procedures as the customer is notified of the appointment only a couple days in advance. They do not call or communicate with their customers to schedule the appointments. But I requested a follow-up appointment online and I had the pleasure of having Tim as my service technician. I did not receive any communication from Terminix until I got a call from Tim that he was at my address. Unfortunately I was not in town but he was able to make it work and wait for me to get home. Tim was wonderful! His customer service and communication was top-notch. I was close to canceling my account with Terminix out of pure frustration but Tim redeemed them in my opinion. I cannot say enough about how amazing Tim was during this appointment!

Dylan was wonderful to work with! He explained everything to be done. He was on time every time and super friendly and professional. Since Terminix is the 3rd company I have tried , I was skeptical, but Dylan put me at ease. Highly recommend!

The call center I reached in order to make the pest control appointment for my mortgage refi told me the pest inspection would range from $75 on up, extremely vague. When the inspector came out I was hit a $300 charge. He also told me there was minor damage to my sill plate. He said it was in good shape and if he owned the home he wouldn't worry about it. But he would not re-word it on the WDIR for my mortgage company to finish my refi, which delayed my refi from going through. The inspector said he could not change the WDIR report to say the sill plate was in good shape and is not causing any structural issues with the home, which it was not. I had to have another inspection done and had pay another fee to just for them to say it was good. I will not ever recommend Terminix.

An absolute sham. I paid 1,700 for nothing! I am beyond frustrated with this company. Do not use if you want a personalized service. The only way to talk to a manager or anyone about your concerns is through a call service!!! Nothing local at all. When you ask to get transferred to a local manager they just send you right back to customer service. There is absolutely no one else they will transfer you too. There is no direct phone to the actual location you’re working with. But, don’t worry you can leave your number and they’ll call you within 2-3 DAYS! When they first came felt very comfortable with the tx plan. Had a 6 month warranty, thought we were solid . We thought we had bed bugs. Multiple treatments and we were still having the same issues. Sightings of the bugs would come and go but ONLY ever in our upstairs loft . We had multiple different team members of Terminx come out and it was always the same thing.. we can’t figure out where they’re coming from. Mind you this problem had already been on going for 5 months… by that point there def should have been clear signs of infestation. Finally one of service guys mentioned BAT bugs.. he took samples we had kept so he could show another colleague to verify. They disregarded it , but said if it was bat bugs it would kill them anyway. They never mentioned at this point that meant there was possible an actual bat infestation. ( I’m a 30 yr old women I didn’t know that’s what bat bugs meant) They come back and this time they invite another guy.. they FINALLY determined it prob is bats and they would actually send samples out to get tested to confirm. NEVER contacted us again! Reached out to another company for removal of the ACTUAL problem BATS! It’s going to cost me an additional 2000 to have completed . Also I have to now wait and additional 3 months due to bats being endangered and possible pregnant so now we cannot exterminate until after summer . I would really like to talk to a person who can actually help me not customer service who can’t do anything other then relay a message! Please contact me back.

Needed services for bedbugs, free estimate and great communicative, punctual and friendly inspector. However, the service tech, Joey, didn’t communicate, didn’t speak to me even a word when he arrived other than to call to find which apartment to go to. Never called to let me know he had finished and left my house, never told me about what was done. And lastly, I paid $1,100 and went through all of the pre service cleaning, which is a lot of work by the way, for the bedbugs to not even be gone.
