Our Terminix Guy, Tom is awesome. !! He goes above and beyond for us and makes sure that all of our pests are under control! He comes out of in the drop of a hat if we call him to fix hatever we need and make sure that all of our needs are taken care of, we absolutely love him! We love our service! DO NOT use these people. The worst service, deceptive contracts, nobody calls you back. Their bed bug contract lists "vague" items as a service (very deceptive), and then they charge you OVER $100 for the same product you can buy on Amazon for $40. (as of March 2025).... Their techs tell you there are toxic chemicals to get you out of the house.... so you do not HONESTLY KNOW, what they have treated or not, because you're not their to see them. A week later.... bugs are NOT eradicated. See pics; they charged me for this mattress encasement that does not even fit or cover the mattress, and told me to duct tape it closed. DO NOT waste your time with this company. Zero customer service. Their customer service people say "we will request a refund", KNOWING nothing will happen.

He is always very thorough and kind, he sends me a reminder the day before he comes and messages and lets me know when he is finished along with a link to see what what done along with pictures.
