I called for a rodent problem, they tried to sell me on termites too. They were supposed to do a substructure corrective, not sure what that is supposed to entail but I will tell you what it is, they took steel wool and put it along 1 side.of my house, it cost me $540 for them to put steel wool in one corner of my house, $540? I should have went to home depot and bought and did it myself For another $283 dollars i got 4 sticky traps again guess I should have just went to home depot. From the initial vall that they were arriving with not notice of when they were coming, to the tech telling me my bill was $1249.00 when i was quoted $750, to speaking to the manager who did not care if i wanted business or not! Treated like a number not a consumer. My boyfriend was with them the entire time to see what was done... I guess do things yourself businesses like this are only out to make money, will lie and do bare minimum for extreme prices.

Giving 5 stars for Larry Barlow. I have had a rodent issue. Larry came and helped with this in my house, listened to my concerns, got me in contact with an inspector and also scheduled the exclusion team to come back in a few days. I appreciate him taking this initiative and going out of his way to help me with multiple things. He is very kind and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me.

Joe was very pleasant and made sure to get the job done. He even gave me traps for the spiders I was having just incase I started to see them again.
