Michael Staycr is a great technician they have. He is currently working with me on my house. Very patient and knowledgeable. Will take time to explain, advise on next steps etc. Highly recommend. Update of 10/22: Unfortunately I am updating my review based on issue with my billing. I have been double charged for about 2K and now credit card limit is impacted. I have raised complaint AAZ03164 on 10/18 but no updates. Seems odd that for one service you are charged twice but doesn’t show on any portal. Glad I was keeping eye on my credit card Update of 10/23: still no update received and there is still pending transaction. I heard from a support analyst today that my ticket was marked as closed / resolved but she wasn’t able to check the resolution!!!

I would not recommend this company, their customer service has been one the worst I have worked with, I would recommend Tru Green instead. We had mosquito spray service with them all summer, at the end of the summer we had a newborn and requested they not spray any more. Even after canceling sprays they would continue to try to schedule and come to our home for the last spray. For the month of August we only got 1 of 2 sprays but were changed the full price. I called numerous times to request a partial refund as we only got sprayed 1/2 the normal amount. It was a nightmare of process, I told them numerous times that I would discontinue service the following year if I wasn’t billed correctly. Eventually after getting the run around and being on hold with call reps excessively and being told that it would be elevated to a district manager for a refund but never was, I disputed the partial charge with my credit card company. At that point they promptly responded to this dispute from my credit card and called me back and told me the manager agreed to credit my account, not my original form of payment. I called them and requested a refund rather than a credit and requested to cancel future services. I was told that I would need to be transferred to someone in retention to try to keep my business before I could cancel. I was furious but agree to follow their protocol to just get it cancelled. They transferred me to retention and it rang and rang and nobody ever picked up. So here I am wanted to cancel my services but unable to bc I can’t speak to someone to follow their protocol. I also have a credit on an account I no longer plan to use and have been waiting for a manager to call me back for months to actually get a refund. It’s been absolutely horrible and I would never recommend working with this company.

The Terminix Tech who comes to my house, Don Tomon, is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. He knows his stuff & takes great care & pride in his work. He’s told me many times he loves his job and it shows! He’s taken time to explain how and where he exterminates for ants, spiders & mosquitoes & has made suggestions to keep away any problems (moving my firewood pile, emptying the birdbath). It’s really been a great experience having Don take care of my home.

We are long time customers of Terminix and I can’t say enough good things about the company! The reminder service for your upcoming appointments, customer service team in the office, and most of all, the outstanding technicians! Alaina is our tech and she is such a hard worker! She has great attention to detail and is very personable. I was so happy that Terminix kept her assigned to our account when we moved. We tried the mosquito service last year and I had two mosquito encounters all season…highly recommend!!!

Jeremy H. is the best EVER!! He calls before coming to ask if I’ve noticed anything that needs special attention or any issues that I haven’t reported. I can honestly say that HE and his services are the only thing that kept me with Terminix. Before him the tech’s were always different and never completed the task as they should. I was going to cancel my services and forgot. When Jeremy showed up, I let him know that I wasn’t really happy with prior services and he asked me questions and assured me that he would be my tech from now on and was here to do the job right. He delivered on all that and more. He remembers what previous issues I’ve had and addresses those without me even asking. He is truly the best. I just had a conversation with him about Adaptive coming through trying to get me to switch but I let him know that HE is the reason that they can all kick rocks. I hope Jeremy gets all the recognition he deserves because you can tell he has pride in himself and his job. Thank you Jeremy for always doing the right things. You deserve ALL THE GOOD THINGS ❤️

Ron answers all of our questions and fixes any issues that arrise very quickly. The switch from a local company to terminix was worrying at first but Ron assumed us this would be a good thing. 2.5 years later I mist say I feel like we still have a local service but with a much much better understanding of issues and a much more effective knowledge and execution of treatments. 10/10

**EDIT** I would like to mention the technicians were professional, well mannered and did their best to answer my questions. Unfortunately, the service agreement document emailed to me was very unclear as to whether PestFree365 and Rodent Exclusion would take care of the immediate rodent / odor issue. I got charged $1,200 for someone to come out and seal openings and lay traps to prevent more rodents which is great. However, I was expecting the actual dead rodents to be removed from my attic that was identified from the initial inspection. The second person who came out a week later claimed he did not see any rodents (supposedly trapped in the insulation??). I’m quite frustrated that I got charged so much and the immediate issue (removal of rodents, cleaning of odor in attic) was not addressed.
