If I could leave no stars i would since they were bought out or whatever happened last year. My service is gone downhill. They double charge you, they charge you for services that never get done. Their employee Jerry Gaston say that they've been here but I have clear proof with pictures and videos showing nobody has been here for months. I have canceled my service almost 3 weeks ago and was told by Bradwick Kitts that they were going to date it back and 0 my account out and now i'm getting calls saying I owe hundreds of dollars and that our services are scheduled for july and august. I don't know who's running the show. I know we've talked to multiple different people one person name Bradwick Kitts. who constantly tells us that oh, he'll come out with the service guy Jerry or I'll give you a call back but obviously nothing's getting done. Ten out of ten do not recommend. The fact that I was double charged for pest control maintenance two totally different prices and for mosquito treatments that were never performed that also had two different prices is ridiculous and the fact that we cannot get this resolved after this long is unacceptable. I would not hire them.

Johnny was on time and very thorough with applications and cleanings. He also discussed follow-up items from a previous visit and checked on some corrective actions performed then. Johnny is a very thorough technician and looks-out for the well-being of his clients. Johnny is a very good representative for Terminix/Ehrlich.

The technician Joe has been coming out to our house, and he has been doing a wonderful job. He communicates with me and my family and he keeps us well informed of what's going on. He lets us know where our problem areas are and how to fix it. I have requested him multiple times. Joe and two other technicians with terminix are so far the best technicians I've met.

I used to have an independent pest service contract. Dude showed up whenever did whatever. Sarah from Terminix is awesome!!! Huge shout out to her. Rest of the company is good too. I see ants in my house?? Call them and I get a response and resolution quickly. Little flies in the drain? Fast response and resolution. I don’t have to call to remind them to do quarterly spraying around the house. Never had issues and quality is great. Recommended Terminix to a friend in another state and he was pleased as well after trying some smaller companies. I am sure some are great but I don’t have time to figure it out when bugs are bugging me.
