DO NOT USE! Had a guy name Randy come out to my house quote me on Attic insulation and residential exclusion when the contractors showed up they didn't do half of what Randy billed me for. They do not send out professionals to do the work, you are better off going somewhere else.

The technician was great. The technician did text me the day before to say what time frame she would be there but normally the day of the appointment I get a message saying they're on their way and I didn't receive that. I didn't get an automated response telling me she was on her way so we weren't prepared cuz we feed cats outside and needed to put the food and water away before she put the treatment outside. That was the only issue I had. She said she's been having issues with her communication and had told your company about it.

Tech that does our service is always great. Friendly and willing to work with us every time. Company itself is absolutely horrid. No communication, never on the same page. They schedule appointments months in advance and then change them without telling you. Went months where they would confirm our appointment and no one would show up as the tech had no idea we even had an appointment. My family has been a customer for over 30 years and it has been that way the whole time.

We had them come out to spray for bugs we've been seeing inside our home. First service was great and on time. Tech was great. A week later we were seeing more live bugs and absolutely no dead ones. I called about this issue. She said they would give us a complimentary spray in addition to the 4 week spray and would schedule us an inspection. It was scheduled for July 5 between 8-12. Both services. I got a text July 3 confirming the time between 8-12. I replied confirm and received a text back saying thank you for choosing Terminex. July 5 came around at 11 am I called and asked when they would be on their way, she proceeds to tell me we aren't scheduled for that day due to there being no openings however no one ever told us. Later on in the day I get a text saying the spray has been rescheduled for Monday but no text regarding the inspection. I called back and asked for a refund due to no show for the inspection and no communication regarding our complimentary spray being rescheduled. They agreed on the refund but we never received it. Called regarding no refund received and they said it wasn't processed due to them offering a complimentary spray. STAY AWAY FROM TERMINEX COMPANIES! We have contacted a lawyer and this will be going further, and will be reporting to the better business bureau.

We were seeing an abundance of spiders in our house. Larry Barlow is the technician sent out to help. He was professional and efficient making sure to check in with me when he was finished to give me a summary of the service. It’s too early to say if the service is working, but I am impressed with the customer service provided.

I started using Terminix in the winter when we discovered evidence of mice in a crawl space. Austin E came out to bate & treat for mice, and also ants. We haven’t had issues with either since. We also called Austin E to come out to do additional check/spray for a wasp nest and another time, too. He is responsive, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The best experience I’ve had with an exterminator has been with Austin E out of the Canton OH office. 5 stars!! Bonus he loves Pokemon & Ghost Busters!

Terminix continues to provide excellent protection and service. Traps are checked and replaced, if necesssary, on a regular schedule. The service person leaves and/or emails an inspection report. The last tecnicians also left another kind of deterrent to some animals digging holes in the yard. I appreciated that.

This company is a complete disaster, my original phone call I told them I have a bee problem and we aren't sure where they are coming from in the house. Was told I had an appointment on 4/12 from 1-3pm I got reminder text for that appointment and then another one for the same day just later in the day. Said it was a multi-point inspection done by a certified tech. The first tech came out at around 12:40 in the afternoon, was not prepared for the actual inspection for the bees. He told my husband that he was here for an ant problem not a bee problem. He put some type of paste randomly in our kitchen for that "issue" then when my husband mentions the bees could be in out attic the tech asked if there was a ladder, he could borrow as he didn't have one. Then he went and sprayed our foundation for pest, I wouldn't normally have a problem with this but it was PORING DOWN RAINING.. Why would i pay for a service if it's just going to wash away. He then said there was another tech coming out at 5-7pm for a multipoint inspection. We waited until 7:30 with no show of the Tech, Called customer service she was very sweet and tried to correct the situation. We got scheduled for another appointment on that following Monday for 1-3pm at 12:52 I got a test from a "tech" saying it looks like you're interested in an attic inspection I can come by today to look at that for you ???? I already had an appointment scheduled, to me that was completely unprofessional and no one seems to know what they are actually coming out for. I called customer service and explained I wanted to cancel my service and wanted a refund as no services actually happened. Lady seems annoyed and did not communicate very well. kept saying my card wasn't actually charged and that she would put a stop that way it wasn't charge. I agreed to that. She then said a minute later that it does look like my charge was charged and she would have to refund that. then at 9:48 pm I get a message from my bank saying my card was charged $105.68??? Called customer services for a second time that day, the lady tried to tell me I had to pay for my service for 4/12, Explained to the lady I am not paying for that service as there was no service actually done... Was told she would have to put in a request for a refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
