He provided advance notice of the date scheduled, contacted me upon arrival and discussed the requirements prior to beginning treatment. Upon completion of treatment, he provided us with a accurate and address any questions/concerns. Overall great service.

Wish I could give them zero stars!! They came to my house when we weren't home, opened my gate to get into my back yard then left it wide open when they left. It's called common courtesy and common sense. Close a gate if you open it. We didn't know they had left it open and let our dog out and he ran out of the fence and we couldn't catch him. I will be canceling my service with them. The technicians also sat in my driveway after they were done for almost 45 minutes. All of this is on camera.

I recently had a Terminix service at my home, and I was incredibly impressed with my technician, Julie Stanford. She is highly dedicated and pays amazing attention to detail. Julie thoroughly sprayed the outside of my house, placed traps in the garage, and even sprayed some areas inside the house. She made sure to address all of my concerns, and it was clear she takes pride in her work. I feel confident knowing my home is well protected. I highly recommend Terminix, especially if you have Julie as your technician!

Ready to give 5 stars if Teminix can get their scheduling straightened out. 20+ year customer with bait stations. Used to be checked quarterly and now only once a year with prices increasing all the time. That would not be so much of an issue if techs would show at the scheduled time for review or communicate directly with us if any issues. They have our numbers. But in August I had to call when the tech didn't show and was told the appointment was canceled by Teminix for some reason. We were not notified and only found out when we called. Due to Terminix schedule and my work schedule they couldn't reschedule us that day for the day we needed so I had to call back the next week to get rescheduled. At that time I rescheduled for today and was assured we would get a call from a manager about our being cancelled on the first time.That never happened. Two days ago we got a text from our tech that he would be out today between 3:00 and 5:00. I got off work and was home by about 4:20. I called Terminix to see if the tech already came out or not, as I needed to talk about a couple of the bait stations with him. They said all was good for him to come by within the time slot as he hadn't been by yet. But they sent an email to him just in case. 5:00 came and went. I called to report our tech was a no-show. The nice lady got me set for next Wednesday between 10:00 am and noon. I sure hope this works out. Terminix used to be the best in service and these recent scheduling experiences have been anything but. Between rescheduling and calling on status I have had to make 5 calls when I should have had to make none. I feel more concerned about my investment in necessary bait stations than Terminix does in keeping my business especially for the decades we have been with them. Very disappointed at the moment. Looking for Terminix to make this right.

These guys saved me. When I moved into an apartment a few years back, I had not lived in one since I was probably 11 or 12 years old, and I had forgotten about the fact that they always have roaches. It was awful! They were in everything we owned. When I moved into this house, I couldn't help but bring them with me, but I hired Terminix immediately. I paid them a year in advance so that I could get them to come more often than every 90 days. In only a few months, I noticed a marked difference in the number of roaches, and now, I am almost completely rid of them. My exterminator, Shaun, is personable, yet professional. He comes in, gets the job done, explains what he needs to, and he's gone like lightning. Again, these guys have saved me. I despise roaches! I just cannot live like that, and they helped me out of that situation! With Terminix, you know you are getting the most for your money. They know pests, and they can help you get freedom from them. I love and appreciate these guys!

Extremely professional, communication between techs is amazing and they get the job quicky but right. Our techs John and Conner have always been awesome and listen to every concern my husband and I have and take care of anything right away. Our pest problems are long gone and my husband and I will be using Terminix for a long time. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone!

Do NOT do business with them!!! Had a contract in hand, then they changed the numbers on their website!!! No one could figure out why the numbers were different than the contract!!! Spent ALL day trying to cancel that contract!!! Glad I was able to! Stay away from this company!!!

Chris Mills from Terminix completed our annual termite bait station inspection recently. He was very thorough and checked all 22 stations, replacing station lids that were cracked and replacing bait where needed. He ran out of bait and will return to complete the job. He communicated with me before the inspection, explained what he had accomplished before he left, and he has communicated with me since the inspection.

We have a yearly check of our Termite bait traps with Terminix. They've always had a great job, but I was particularly impressed with my service technician, Gavin, this year. Did a great job updating our traps, and was highly personable and informative… So much so, that I even asked him about additional service which I have never felt the desire to do in the past.
