If I could give zero stars I would. It has been a horrible experience. The house inspector came out to my house and told me he was going to charge me $50 extra to add on some additional services and I said okay absolutely I look and I have a charge for $308 instead. I have called multiple times about it. They said he completely rewrote my contract and they sent me the new contract which has like three different numbers that I'm supposed to pay but none of them are the same so that looks shady. And I have called time and time again to get my refund and this was February 18th and I have received nothing. On top of that they didn't spray everywhere they were supposed to.

You have to request Rodney! He truly cares about your home & family. He always knows my name & asks about how I’m doing & my spouse (and knows & asks about our jobs). He answers emails/texts even WAY AFTER work hours to explain any & everything. I considered leaving Terminex but I truly don’t think any other company will show me & my family or my home the same care/concern/love that Rodney has shown my home/family. THANK YOU RODNEY B!!!!!
