I have had terminix coming for about two years now and have overall had great results. The past two visits I had a rep I was very disappointed in but today my faith in terminix has been restored by Arturo(Aj) not only was he friendly and welcoming but he listened to my concerns, sprayed all areas and put out the bait that has been proven to keep them away here, he also gave me the sticky traps and said to call me him I see more before my next visit. I was planning to cancel my service today if the old rep came but meeting Aj and having such a great experience I am going to keep my service and hope he stays on as my rep.

Clifton Lolar and Tina Disabatino were great! Answered every question and very helpful. Literally came and helped same day. Tina made sure I was taken care of and Clifton came and saved the day! They both educated me on the treatment. Job well done!

Tina is our technician. Always super friendly during visits and works with us if needing to reschedule. Personally terrified of all crawlers, especially spiders. After the initial appointment, rarely do I see anything alive. Have found a few dead but rather that vs something still moving.

I’m truly astonished by the level of deceit we experienced from this company. The man that came out to inspect our home seemed very professional, but the service tech that came out to perform the service (who was phenomenal) was transparent about what we were paying for which was actually something we didn’t need. We were able to cancel the service & weren’t wrapped into a year long contract that wouldn’t have served us the way we needed it to.

The tech Brian that came out did an awesome job. He is the reason we are continuing the service. When we signed up we were lied to about continuing the former owners service by the customer service line. Told we were subscribing to termite only and they gave us the bundle. Only to find out that we were locking ourselves into a 1 year contract that would have a 1100.00 dollar early termination fee. Careful with these guys. All I can say. Giving 1 star because once the service tech was finally dispatched by them he was very pleasant and I feel he was very good at spraying for us and explained the process very well. 5 stars for him 1 for terminix

Our bug spray guy, Tyler was awesome! Super quick, super friendly, and actually made the whole thing fun. He explained everything so well. If you need pest control, this is the person to call!
