We had neighbors that moved out of their rental and the landlord was gracious enough to inform the surrounding home owners of potential creepy crawlies looking for new homes, especially with winter around the corner. I got on the phone with Terminix and was able have someone at my door the next day with no issues for scheduling. The service response time was quick!!! She did a complete coverage of any possible spot that could need treated. Jillian did such a thorough job that our worries of future pests are not a concern.

Completely incompetent company. We have tried to schedule a treatment with them 6 times now, and they either NEVER SHOW UP or show up SUPER EARLY before they are supposed to and then leave when no one answers the door. Communication is next to NOTHING - no one answers their phone. Customer support "helps you out", but even they can't get ahold of technicians. Simply put, unless you want another headache on top the headache you are currently dealing with, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM TERMINIX AS POSSIBLE!

I initially used Terminix for termite bait services and was satisfied with the work performed while I lived at the property. The technicians did what was required, and I had no issues with the quality of service during that time. However, my experience drastically changed once I attempted to cancel my service due to moving. Despite clearly informing Terminix that I was relocating and no longer needed the service, my requests to cancel were ignored. Not only have I continued to be charged, but I’ve also received multiple communications pushing me to renew a service I explicitly stated I did not want or need. I have had the same conversation with customer service representatives on several occasions. Each time, I am told the issue will be resolved—but the billing continues. This ongoing cycle of unacknowledged cancellation requests and unauthorized charges is both frustrating and unacceptable. It is deeply disappointing to see a company disregard a customer’s clear request and continue billing for services not rendered, especially at a former address. While the service itself may be effective, I cannot recommend Terminix due to the lack of integrity and professionalism in their billing and customer service practices. I strongly suggest considering a reputable local provider that respects customer decisions and communicates honestly.
