I have never had a worse experience than I have had with this company. Our issues began in May 2025 when we were charged $2,000 for a service we never received. It took more than 30 phone calls, filing a complaint with the BBB, and six months of waiting before we were finally refunded our money. Naturally, we canceled our service shortly afterward, yet to this day we are still receiving service bills. Just when we thought this nightmare was over, it continues. This company's actions are unacceptable and deeply concerning. I strongly encourage others to do thorough research before doing business with them, as resolving issues with this company has proven to be extremely difficult.

I would take a mouse infestation any day over dealing with this nightmare of a company! Months after we took care of the mice problem ourselves, we are still trying to get our contract cancelled after being promised multliple times that it was and no work ever being performed. I won't include the detailed report we have had to submit to the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau, but after paying a lot of money for a foundation seal up and dryer vent replacement and having multiple techs show up only to immediately leave without doing any work (it was so difficult to even get an inspector out in the first place - initial red flag we should have heeded!), we were then told that the vent couldn't be replaed nor any work performed and then ghosted by our technician. Every time we call to resolve this, we get sent to a call center agent who promises that the contract has been cancelled and handled only to start receiving notices from a debt collector. At the point, we are looking at small claims court, so if you want to save yourself months of headache and wasting your money only for no work to be done STAY CLEAR OF THIS AWFUL COMPANY!

If I am evaluating the technician who performed the service. Then I rate the tech, Corey Jones, with 5 stars. He has given me excellent service for many years. Your website has been going downhill for years.

Nick has been great! Called this past summer for a bee infestation and he took care of it quickly and with great communication! Same with the last two quarterly visits. Gives me plenty of notice and texts once he’s done. No bee or other bug problems since.

We had neighbors that moved out of their rental and the landlord was gracious enough to inform the surrounding home owners of potential creepy crawlies looking for new homes, especially with winter around the corner. I got on the phone with Terminix and was able have someone at my door the next day with no issues for scheduling. The service response time was quick!!! She did a complete coverage of any possible spot that could need treated. Jillian did such a thorough job that our worries of future pests are not a concern.

Completely incompetent company. We have tried to schedule a treatment with them 6 times now, and they either NEVER SHOW UP or show up SUPER EARLY before they are supposed to and then leave when no one answers the door. Communication is next to NOTHING - no one answers their phone. Customer support "helps you out", but even they can't get ahold of technicians. Simply put, unless you want another headache on top the headache you are currently dealing with, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM TERMINIX AS POSSIBLE!
