The gentlemen that came to the house were very thorough and kind. We're in the middle of a huge remodel and found we had mouse droppings as we were moving out for the remodel. Terminix came over quickly, thoroughly checked all 3 floors and outside, told us what we needed and quickly came back to do what needed to be done for a very reasonable price! I highly recommend Terminix!

If you want them to falsely charge you for months of service that they never serviced, than this is your place. We have called about six times now asking to speak with management about being sent bills when no one ever entered our place. We were promised time and time again that they would submit a request and corporate would call within 30 minutes or the following business day. We’ve never received a call back to discuss our account. However, we did receive a call from debt collection so thank you. We will without a doubt stay with locally owned businesses from here on.

Buddy was sent out today to terminate the little wood eating demons that have taken up a residency in my house (termites). I just have to say it was a great experience! Not only did I get educated on how to spot the unwanted house guests, but also got an explanation on all the items used and what they will do to evict these squatters. I was given advice on alternative decorative ideas that could be used to deter them away from my home from this point on. Thank You Buddy for your dedication and hard work in making sure my home is now safe and won’t crumble to the ground! I give Buddy an A+ on customer communication and dedication to his position! He definitely deserves to be recognized!! I would recommend him any day of the week.

They were good in the beginning, but for over a year now their tech has been saying they come into the premise and treat yet they have not been there. I have cameras that show now one around at the times listed on the online tickets. It has been on autopay and I have called and gotten a “you’ll get a return call in 48 hours” three times now. There has been no return calls, no email, no confirmation of cancelation. I’ve also asked for copies of my reports (since I haven’t been given one in over a year) and was told I’d get them in 24 hours. That was three weeks ago and surprise, no reports. Extremely disappointed that the company can not keep its word even for a simple return call.
