My experience with Terminix has been a total nightmare. I paid for a year of service in advance, and I do not owe them any more money. They proceeded to take even more money out of my account and tried to charge me for almost another year. I contacted customer support and they won’t address the issue for 7-10 business days. Since it is their mistake, they ought to address it right away, refund my money and remove the “balance due” right away. What if I need that money?
