After years with Terminix, I expanded my coverage with technical guidance from Kelly Cox and Jarrod Rose. They gave me a clearer understanding of my existing contract and updates. Folks with older homes with contract should consider an updated review. Additionally while updating my contract, I became aware of insufficient insulation in the attic. Unaware this was a service performed along with insect deterrence (R38 + pesticide). During a hot & humid day, the insulation team (Christian, Kris and Darren) worked tirelessly. They were attentive to detail and demonstrated technical know-how. Thanks

Dylan Cichy was are inspector today and he’s just amazing ! There is so many things I can brag about he is so respectful, professional, and he always answers all questions I have. Also I have 3 toddlers and my girls always trying to get his attention and he is so sweet he gives them high fives and just all around a great person . You know the service is working when you aren't seeing anything crawling around your house. Must mean Dylan Cichy at Terminix who services my residence is doing it right. Always polite, efficient, and effective. Pretty much what I want out of any service I pay for. He's goes out of his way to make sure I know that he'd be happy to take care of any little issue we may be having. He's even come out on a special house call for me when we did have an issue outside of our regularly scheduled appointments. Good dude, good service, highly recommended.
