Dylan is our tech and he always makes sure to keep us in the know of any local or seasonal changes in the pest situation, along with making sure nothing has come up since the last time he visited. I recently had Hunter Payne to my home several times with problems with my dehumidifier and under house moisture. He has been so helpful and right on it with contacting his supervisor, etc to find out what to do. I appreciate him SO much!! He never quits to find the solution and ALWAYS is honest! That goes a long way with me. I was ready to leave Terminex but he has made me rethink and maybe change my attitude about the company!! Thanks so much for hiring a honest and customer service tech!

Gary has handled our pest control for many years and has always done an excellent job.
