I had a very disappointing experience with Megan from Terminix. From the moment she arrived, it was clear she wasn’t taking her job seriously. Her behavior was immature and unprofessional—she was overly flirty, constantly giggling, and seemed more focused on getting attention than providing quality service. It was uncomfortable and frustrating to deal with someone who treated a professional visit like a casual hangout. I expected a knowledgeable, respectful technician—not someone acting like they were there for social hour. Terminix should really evaluate how their employees are representing the company because this experience was completely unacceptable.

Had Odell A. as our technician today. I can't thank him enough for checking the bait stations correctly and making sure I had a trap every 18 feet around my entire home. I really appreciate him taking the time to do it right and making sure my home is protected. Odell is the best!

Ryan did my first round of treatment, he was very helpful as well walking me through the whole processes & answered any concern I had. Mr Conner is very knowledgeable and courteous. He is thorough in his work and always asks if i have any concerns or questions. He also always reminds me that if i have anything that needs attention in between his periodic visits i should schedule an additional visit at no charge

We paid greater than $12000 for encapsulation and dehumidifier, and termite treatment. Six plus weeks later (after multiple calls to local and regional office) we have yet to receive requested warranty, check new humidifier, and replace two vents as promised. Visited their business site. It is just a call center. I passed aTerminex truck coming into neighborhood this evening. Quickly learned it wasn't to service our needs. Initial evaluation and treatment great, then no service . STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
