Dylan Cichy was are inspector today and he’s just amazing ! There is so many things I can brag about he is so respectful, professional, and he always answers all questions I have. Also I have 3 toddlers and my girls always trying to get his attention and he is so sweet he gives them high fives and just all around a great person . We have are regular visits also and we have had 3 different people come out and I just want to say if I could choose him every time I would because he truly been the best ! You know the service is working when you aren't seeing anything crawling around your house. Must mean Dylan Cichy at Terminix who services my residence is doing it right. Always polite, efficient, and effective. Pretty much what I want out of any service I pay for. He's goes out of his way to make sure I know that he'd be happy to take care of any little issue we may be having. He's even come out on a special house call for me when we did have an issue outside of our regularly scheduled appointments. Good dude, good service, highly recommended.

Dempsey was at my home while I was at work. But he took care of all of our needs and then some. I had contacted him a couple of days before he came and spoke with him about a mouse being inside my home. He took care of the outside and left me with everything I needed to catch the mouse on the inside. I will recommend him to everyone I know. Great service!

Our Terminex pest control service tech is consistently wonderful! He ensures all cobwebs, wasp nests, etc. are brushed away and treats our home perimeter with care. When we had evidence of critters in our garage, he worked to ensure we wouldn’t have a continued issue. To top it off, he is kind, professional, and courteous.
