A Terminix driver parked his company truck across my private driveway, blocking me from leaving my own home. When I called with the truck number, I was told it would take “24–48 hours” to even identify the driver—despite every truck being GPS tracked. If a company can’t manage accountability for its own employees in real time, I will never trust them with my property.

Service was scheduled but did not happen. Call Center gave me the run around. I took off work and they rescheduled without my knowledge or consent. Then, work requested was not completed during the rescheduled service and multiple messages have been left with the Johnson City Tn branch but they will not contact me. If this type of service continues, I will have to look elsewhere for service.

Well, the tech came, he left, and we have yet to see him again!!! He was to return 2 weeks after the first treatment and that was over a month ago. Plus we have more bugs than we had before!! We will need to call someone else as Terminex is NOT dependable!!!

Brian Birch is by far the best service technician I have ever had. He takes his time each quarter to make sure any unwanted pests are taken care of. I never have to worry when Brian has treated the areas around my home. As long as he remains my tech, I'll remain a Terminix customer! 10 stars to Brian!
