Thank you John Daniel!! He really cared about our issues we had. He went above and beyond. We are having a small issue with roaches. And have been since the last 4 times an exterminator has visited. We told all them I was concerned because I didn’t want them to get worse and had even went and bought stuff to do ourself. John recognized our concern and he did a wonderful job. First of all the technician said she came to my home which she did not, the company still charges me for every visit but they have only been to my home once since I signed up in August! They won’t let me cancel my services, and they won’t give me my money back! I have paid them over 300 dollars but they refuse to acknowledge receipt of 177 dollars. This company is a rip off!!
