Caitlin was EXCELLENT! She provided a great service, had extraordinary customer service, and her extensive knowledge was very helpful in us understanding what we were dealing with. She needs a raise for sure

John Daniel does a great job, always on time, he knows his business very well and keeps me informed of any issues I have that he has seen! He lets me know when he is coming and sends me a text/email to let me know what he found and any recommendations he has for me! He's a great guy! He recently came and sprayed around our house with Terminix Mosquito control program. We had family over for Easter and the Grandkids Easter Egg hunting and not one person received a mosquito bite!! John is great and Terminix is very fortunate to have him as employee and we are fortunate to have him in our service area! Thank you John Daniel!!!!

I had an amazing experience with the technician Caitlin! She was the most personal and educated technician I have ever delt with! Quick , efficient, and hilarious. I swear , She is the only reason Terminix is still operating . Awesome job! see you next time!

Thank you John Daniel!! He really cared about our issues we had. He went above and beyond. We are having a small issue with roaches. And have been since the last 4 times an exterminator has visited. We told all them I was concerned because I didn’t want them to get worse and had even went and bought stuff to do ourself. John recognized our concern and he did a wonderful job. We were going to cancel our services but so glad we didn’t. Thank you so much John Daniel.

First of all the technician said she came to my home which she did not, the company still charges me for every visit but they have only been to my home once since I signed up in August! They won’t let me cancel my services, and they won’t give me my money back! I have paid them over 300 dollars but they refuse to acknowledge receipt of 177 dollars. This company is a rip off!!
