We have been a customer of Terminix for over 35 years. We were having an issue with bugs in our bottom story. We called the 800 number and was totally disgusted. That customer service person would not help us and could not even identify us as a customer. Totally unprofessional. I then called the Knoxville office and received immediate help. He checked and saw immediately we are a long time customer and set a an appointment that fit us. Neal then came at the time he was supposed to and did an excellent job. Very friendly and professional and took his time. I thanked him and he replied that was the service we were supposed to receive. Just happy we are able to communicate with the Knixville office and not the 800 number. Steve

I think the world of Travis the service exterminator with Terminix. Travis has been assigned to the area that I live in and I hope I never lose him! He is the nicest person and is very professional! I have used Terminix since 2013 and I have had no problem with the company and as I have already expressed Travis does a wonderful job as the exterminator. I would definitely recommend.
