I think the world of Travis the service exterminator with Terminix. Travis has been assigned to the area that I live in and I hope I never lose him! He is the nicest person and is very professional! I have used Terminix since 2013 and I have had no problem with the company and as I have already expressed Travis does a wonderful job as the exterminator. I would definitely recommend.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I tried contacting them. I had the same experience. The other person had. On the phone on Thursday ask me would I be available Friday between 10:00 and 12:00? I said yes then when I called back on Friday she told me the appointment was still scheduled and she would reach out to him to see why he had not shown. He did not answer her call. Then the notes were changed that the appointment was for Saturday. Again no call no show. If I was you I would not waste my time. For this to be such a large company, I would expect better customer service from them and of course they do not give you a local number to contact them. I would have given them zero stars but that was not an option.
