All the Terminix technicians that come to our warehouse have been great. They spray inside and out and 🤞 we have not had any kind of bug problems. That is saying a lot considering we have equipment coming in and out all the time. I would highly recommend this service.

I have NEVER had a worse experience. I got treatment in May in June called because there was still a problem. Been stood up with a no call no show 5 different times. No remedy provided after a dozen calls. I FINALLY get a response after I lose my mind with them. DO NOT USE THIS AMARILLO OFFICE.

Received a text that the technician would be arriving on a day and time that I was unavailable and did not schedule. I communicate this via text and we agree to June 21st in the afternoon for service. Technician responded that he would be here between 3-5. I waited until 6. NO SHOW. I texted the technician and NO RESPONSE as of yet. This is the 3rd time that this has happened. I am dropping Terminix and finding a reliable company. Just unbelievably CONTINUOUS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Rotten customer service. 800 number is a pain to use. They made a mistake and it’s still going to be 48 hours or more before they can do a simple phone call back.
