Scheduled with terminix for an 8 to 10 window today. At 10:30 no one had called or arrived so I called. Spoke to Marissa who said was running behind and I should be hearing from Lenard soon. I was actually slated to go out of town after this appointment but it is now 1:30 and still no contact. So I cancelled my trip and called to cancel appointment. This has been very disappointing and frustrating.

My one bedroom house just had its third treatment for my medium budbug infestation. I was down to one stray bug (one bite after no bites for at least a month) before this treatment, and I am sure that I will down to zero now. The spray used kills everything apparently, not just bedbugs. Everyone has been very professional and caring. So five stars and many thanks!

All the Terminix technicians that come to our warehouse have been great. They spray inside and out and 🤞 we have not had any kind of bug problems. That is saying a lot considering we have equipment coming in and out all the time. I would highly recommend this service.

I have NEVER had a worse experience. I got treatment in May in June called because there was still a problem. Been stood up with a no call no show 5 different times. No remedy provided after a dozen calls. I FINALLY get a response after I lose my mind with them. DO NOT USE THIS AMARILLO OFFICE.

Received a text that the technician would be arriving on a day and time that I was unavailable and did not schedule. I communicate this via text and we agree to June 21st in the afternoon for service. Technician responded that he would be here between 3-5. I waited until 6. NO SHOW. I texted the technician and NO RESPONSE as of yet. This is the 3rd time that this has happened. I am dropping Terminix and finding a reliable company. Just unbelievably CONTINUOUS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
