I've been having issues with them since December, but it's time to cut ties and terminate their services. It enlightens me that they demand a 30-day notice to end services yet fail to deliver during that period - sounds like they're the ones breaking the rules. Shop around, folks, because Terminix's service is only great if you can snag an amazing technician before he becomes a memory. I lucked out with my tech, but sadly he departed ways from Terminix in early December. The new technician showed up right before Christmas and hasn't been seen since, despite my twice-monthly scheduled services but let's see what happens in February.

Samantha and Felicia came to the house my husband and I are renting. Upon moving in there were tons of bugs and spiders everywhere. These two made me feel comfortable while they were in our home and educated me on the types of bugs, seasonal things to be aware of and also eased my mind with the treatment they’d be providing. They were very thorough and took care of the 2 giant red ant piles outside as well. Since they were the amount of bugs and spiders has decreased significantly. 10/10 would recommend!
