He explained everything clearly, outlining the treatment plan and answering all my questions patiently. I really appreciated that he addressed my specific needs rather than just applying a generic solution. Since the treatment, I've noticed a significant reduction in pests, and I'm finally feeling much more comfortable in my home. What impressed me most was their follow-up – they checked in to ensure everything was still going well and offered helpful tips for preventing future problems.

Terminx came out on a Saturday to spray. This is my first time using them. I am very impressed with the service. Mike walked through the entire house to determine how to best treat the house. Ethan throughly sprayed every room and then walked around the exterior to spray. After trying a couple of local pest control companies, I’m very glad I went with them. Ethan’s level of service was excellent! #Terminix -

Ray is my absolute favorite! Very thorough, kind, so fun to talk to, and will answer any questions you have about anything the best he can. Have had Ray for years I REFUSE to use anyone else! When we moved back into our house we had soooo many issues with all sorts of bugs, since he has been coming hes fixed so much and our house is compeltely manageable now❤️

Keith, the guy who he was training (can’t remember his name), and Nathan were great. We’ve had to use Orkin before and yeah they were fine, but they only guaranteed their work for 30 days. We had some major work done and, we appreciated how prepared Terminix came for the job at hand. Same service at Orkin was cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Will be using Terminix for all future pest control needs.

Amazing service, although very expensive. The sales rep, or inspector was very thorough. He was highly concerned about the termites but our immediate concern was the pests as my son and I had been sting and the spiders were becoming unbearable. Really the highlight was the tech that came out. He is the best. Amazing attitude and work ethic.
