They always come to the house unannounced. They try to do termite inspections in the winter months (even though annual inspection is suppose to be in April). They don't really inspection anything. AND,EVERYONE KNOWS THAT THERE WILL NOT BE TERMITE ACTIVITY IN DECEMBER. When you call the Lufkin office they NEVER pick up. So you talk to someone from the main company. They try to call Lufkin office. They CAN'T get ahold of them either. Then they tell you that someone from Lufkin will call you back. THAT NEVER HAPPENS. So after never hearing back from the Lufkin office I call again. Same run around with them NOT being able to get ahold of Lufkin office. Me staying on hold..... they finally said that I was not charged for the December visit and I would have an appointment sometime around April 5th. When I asked what does SOMETIME AROUND APRIL 5TH ment? I was told they couldn't schedule an appointment for me yet.......my thoughts are maybe if they schedule appointments for people maybe people would be happier with them

My elderly clients had a bad flea infestation that we fought for weeks, and they finally called Terminix in Lufkin. Our tech today was Kevin for the initial treatment, and he was supercalifragilistic EXCELLENT. He explained everything clearly, he was patient in answering questions, thorough in his evaluation, and in the application of the pesticides. The contract they offered had options and was affordable for my clients. Impeccable service, reasonable pricing, and very helpful and friendly employees - why would you even consider using anyone else? Highly recommend, would give 10 out of 5 stars if possible.
