I have been beyond blessed to have Jarrod Vaughan with Terminix come to my home with pretty extensive work required. Jarrod is a very honest and caring person. He expects only the best for his customers. If he finds work not done correctly, he corrects it being very honest about it. If he tells you something it will be taken care of, you can trust it will be done. I can't say enough about him. He is a great guy that you know gets the job done in the right way. He is one of the Stand Out guys!! These kind of guys are far and few between. I am so blessed and thankful I was one of the customers to get him!!!!

We had two techs come out to do our Vapor barrier today and they were so professional. We had several questions and concerns. The two technicians J.Vaughan and R. Jerry is always friendly, professional and gets his job done quickly. He always remembers that my chickens are free range and that my dogs need to be put away before he starts spraying, I'm sure the last one is for self preservation. He knows what chemicals he should and shouldn't use around here to keep my animals safe. I'll talk his ear off if he let's me but he's learned how to nicely say he's gotta go so I don't get my feelings hurt which doesn't sound like a big deal but it is too me.

Paid 250 dollars for 2 treatments still have bugs the window was closed paid for a cleaning crew to come in and clean up the white powder that was left all over the location, still have bugs. Don’t waste your money with this company you call the 1800 number they don’t care all they want to do is send you back to sales

It is really hard to find reliable service and people who will talk with you straight these days. I called Terminix because I wanted professionalism, and results; I could not be much happier with out experience. We had some general confusion at the onset (which was really my own fault for not being educated about the process) but they worked with me to make sure we all knew and agreed upon what our expectations were. I had a lot of questions, they've answered every one, and they continue to follow up to ensure we are satisfied. We will continue to use Terminix to solve all of our current and future pest extermination needs.
