Not only does Stephen do an amazing job, his customer service skills are top notch. We look forward to his visit every 3 months, it's like a short family reunion. If so, he lets me know exactly what he’s going to do to take care of the problem and then continues with any other appropriate treatments. I would not recommend this branch to anyone. I am writing a review to possibly get help this way. We have been in contact with customer service with two escalated phone calls to the Sulphur Springs office. We have been trying to resolve an issue with attic insulation for several weeks now and no resolution in sight. Management will not answer phone nor call back.
