We work with a non-profit organization that had been using this company for years, but we have since canceled our accounts. The reason being mainly the billing department can not get things straight, and everyone you speak to, can not help you, they have to email someone else, from whom you never receive a call back. The local management Calvin Smith has since stopped answering our phone calls after promising to take care of the situation and then not doing so. I only get on here to make you aware in hopes that someone from upper management will get in touch with me. We would like to get this taken care of.

I’ve used Terminix for about 15 years both in Arizona and Texas, NEVER AN ISSUE. My technician in Texas is Christopher Jemison. WOW Chris is always on time, personable, knowledgeable and frankly just a great person. Terminix should be glad to have him representing the company. He has worked with us on several issues inside and out over the years and always provides a solution. I look forward to his emails letting me know when he will be at the house and look forward to the few minutes of conversation prior to getting started. TERMINIX IS A GOOD COMPANY, no complaints here, CHRIS JEMISON IS AN OUTSTANDING TECHNICIAN and we will miss him as we’re moving soon.
