Sergio izaguirre with Terminix did an outstanding job installing termite controls around our home. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain the process in detail, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood how the system would protect our home in the long run. The installation was done efficiently and with great care. Sergio was punctual, respectful of our property, and left everything clean and tidy when he finished. It's clear he takes pride in his work, and his attention to detail gave us complete confidence that our home is well-protected. Nathan Velez provided the best pest-control service. He found the root cause of my small bug issue and took the time to explain how and why the issue started. He was mindful and respectful while spraying inside and outside of the house. Nathan is a natural at delivering the best customer service. ONLY giving 5 stars because of Technician’s Jessie and Nathan in the Weslaco area made us feel great after our terrible first initial visit with Terminix. My husband and I bought a home and we are due to move to the Valley in a few weeks (we currently live 4hrs away) The home was vacant for a year so we wanted to make sure we were coming into an insect/pest free home. Now, we were originally scheduled for 7/7/25 at a slot of 10AM-12PM with a technician by the name Nicholas. We wait until 12PM to call customer to see what was going on. We got zero communication that day until we called. The lady was kind, but she wasn’t knowledgeable. Said “it’s after the holidays, i don’t have a way to get in contact with him, technically they have until 5PM” we wait until almost 3:30-4PM with ZERO communication. We call customer service a second time to which another lady apologized, asked to place us on hold so she can reach out to the tech to see what’s going. We wait on hold for nearly 15mins just to get hung up on. At this point, I’m about done with this company because we drove all the way from SAT to make sure we were there for that appointment. We were only there for two more days. I call back a THIRD time. The customer service man was VERY kind and understanding. He apologized for all that has happened, tried to reschedule us (there was no availability for the days we really needed.) but went out of his way, left a note to the branch manager to contact us (because they can see/schedule different times than they can.) The manager never reached out so that next morning we called a fourth time to make to see what was going on, and the lady had said that we were scheduled for that Wednesday 10AM-12PM. We weren’t contacted but at least he took the time to schedule us, and then we received the email. Day of the second attempt: Jessie (tech/inspector) was absolutely fantastic. He was kind, knowledgeable, straightforward and realistic with all of our needs. He made us feel great about our final decisions. Once that was done, our tech, Nathan, called and communicated with us that he was on his way, once he arrived he took the time to explain everything that we needed to know, also kind and knowledgeable. These men were fantastic and truly are the only reason why we decided to move forward with working with this company for our insect/pest control needs. Thank you!

I always recommend Terminix to other homeowners and landlords because of the fantastic customer service I get from Roy. Mr. Roy is detail oriented and takes pride in his work. He does a great job with the property and I especially appreciate that he always remembers to reach out to me a week in advance to make sure the scheduled date and time work. I wish all technicians showed that type of personal touch. As someone with a really busy schedule that likes to be present when Terminix is on my property, I appreciate the courtesy. As long as Roy is my technician, I will continue to renew my contract with Terminix.
