Issac did a great job! He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. We decided to include the add on for mosquitos due to recent rain, and there is a huge difference from being in public and being at home. We can comfortably go outside with our dog and not worry about being bit. I definitely recommend their services and our service technician!

We decided to go with Terminix for our needs after moving to the Valley last year. Along with some minor renovations on our own, Terminix has helped drastically reduce the insect population on our property. Recently we reached out to the sales technician who signed us up for the service and he never replied. From the very first appointment we have had issues with timeliness and he would always attempt to make it right so this is concerning. So I called the main number to schedule and yesterday the appointment was completely missed without a call. Regardless of what happened, this is extremely unprofessional. We received a message saying the technician would be on the way as well which now we know was automated and not factual. Upon calling Terminix after 5pm, we were told they could not make contact with the technician and there were no available appointments. I was told that we would be contacted within a few days. I know there has been an issue with over booking these technicians and they can only do so much so the problem seems to be higher up. I hope business isn't continued this way because we may have to find another reliable alternative at this point. Our time as clients is valuable after all.
