This is the worst company ever. They are in the business of stealing money and providing no service at all to the customer. I asked to be notified when they were coming, I was not. In fact I was just billed for no service, they said they had come but I have cameras and the service just was not done. Then their customer service line does not really work despite saying 24/7. They are just a bad company.

One of technician damaged property while was doing backyard treatment. Have been calling customer service for month now. All they can do is promise that they replace damaged items. After month passed since accident and numerous calls to the customer service still haven't get any help. Regional manager Daniel R. Leon and Scarlett Laweler are not helpful at all.

They grossly over quoted and lied....they said that there was a rat and termite infestation. And that it would be over 8k to fix the problem. We got a 2nd opinion of course because that is outrageous. The second opinion??? No rats, no termites AND they can plug some holes for $400!!!! Do not use these crooks!!!!

There is a reason we have Terminix for pest control. They are very good at what they do. They are Terminix! We are on a quarterly schedule. They contact us when they are coming and there is some minimal coordination with the Technician regarding actual day and time. There is construction going on right behind us and elsewhere in our community. That usually stirs up myriad insects that try to pay us a visit. We see this because when the bugs cross the spray barrier that Terminix puts down, they are killed. If we have any concern, Terminix comes out to inspect and retreat if necessary. Absolutely no hassle. Guys, take it from me, if my wife is happy with this service, there is no doubt that yours will be happy as well.

tic experience from start to finish yesterday. The company I work for has an ongoing contract with Terminex, and I can see why. I called around 4:00 to say we needed a service visit. The person I spoke with reviewed our next service date, bumped it up to the same day, and sent a service technician out the same night during the specified time I was available. I even got a call when he was on his way. Both employees I interacted with were friendly and did their job well. Thank you!

ess practices. They would come out to our place, spray the outside and leave. We never got our interior spray down we were paying for. They also have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced; they refuse to admit they’re wrong and they refused to refund.
