Having Cosmo as a tech has been extremely helpful. He had to change routes in the past and we could no longer use him. The tech we had after him was wonderful as well but when he had to change routes we were left with a tech who did not align with our property very well. We requested to get Cosmo back and it has been a wonderful past two weeks with him back!!!

Mr. Stanton Sellars of Terminix visited my home last year and sold me on almost $5k of services. What wasn’t included was actually treating bugs and insects. After a year of non-treatment following one initial insect treatment, roaches and spiders are frequent companions. When I contacted his team to voice my frustration that they aren’t actually treating what I thought I had paid for, I was offered the opportunity to pay them MORE money for treatment. It’s mind blowing to me that on a home that is less than 4000 sq ft, they would sell a package that won’t treat the original problem. Please avoid these people and use someone local and honest. ***Update*** After Terminix instructed me to contact customer service in a response to my review, no one got back to me. Their published response to my review was more insincere posturing. Please avoid this company.

Raymond Bolaño is our Pest Control technician. When coming into the office he always provides great customer service within our office and is always very friendly. The communication he provides after treating the apartments is phenomenal. The callbacks have decreased to the bare minimal. If I were to grade Raymond, I would give him an A+++++
