Kerry Johnson at Terminix has been great! Not only is he thorough, he listens and accommodates any time I have any special request. He did his job well all through the phases of my house being in shambles after a flood, during renovation construction, and he even came way outside his normal area to service my house after I moved! He is also trustworthy and can be trusted with access to my home even when I'm not there. I've been very pleased with Terminix and Kerry!

My Terminix service has been and continues to be stellar because of my technician Kerry Johnson. He is timely and professional and courteous. Kerry always gives a heads up the day before our appointment as a reminder of his coming. He texts upon arrival, asking me if I have any specific issues that need to be addressed. When his service is completed he texts to let me know and I have the opportunity to review that quarter’s treatment. Bottom line….if I ever see any bugs at my house they are dead !!! My first impression with Terminix has been very positive! I personally, met Sam who was very friendly as well as helpful. He came for a termite/rodent inspection but also killed two wasps for me when he found them in the house. He also helped me set up an appointment for a fan to be installed in my attic. My husband met with Arthur and said he was helpful as well but I didn’t meet him personally. We purchased the 365+ plan and I’m glad can feel comfortable calling the people to my home.
