Not only does Terminex provide termite treatment, but they provide regular pest control and mosquito control treatment as well. I have the mosquito treatment, and haven’t had a mosquito in 2 years. My child can play in the evening without the worry of mosquito bites. They are very professional & responsive to my needs. When I’ve had an issue, my technician, Greg, is out immediately to address/treat it. I would recommend this company to anyone. I especially recommend my technician, Greg!

Horrible horrible company!! I have been on the phone with them for hours trying to get a refund for a service that was never completed. The tech never came out and they even said on their end that they can’t see the service report or proof of the tech coming out. They told me they sent out a refund request for me so I called to check on the status of that and the woman I talked to said there was nothing she could do. I asked her if she could see proof that the service was completed and she wouldn’t answer the question and then hung up on me! I have NEVER experienced such horrible customer service in my life. UPDATE: They responded to this review asking me to send them an email and I got an error message that their email system isn't working!!!!

James Gipson has provided Terminix Exclusion service for several years. James is reliable, honest, and operates with integrity. He recently came for exclusion extra to address concern of rat activity. He was punctual with his arrival time, and I was impressed with his customer service. He answered my questions and provided solutions to problems. I am impressed with his knowledge and expertise. My experience with James Gipson has always been excellent and highly recommend.

Horrible service! We signed up for a "rodent exclusion service" with them for about $2K (I'm not kidding - it was $1,980.73!) The sales rep (Scott) was nice and easy to work with, but of the two techs that came out to perform the service, one (Martin) was not helpful at all! He wanted to do the least amount of work possible and then be on his way - within 45 minutes! Such a rip-off! I pointed out several gaps in the garage as well as by the sides and front door that he seemed very reluctant to seal. He and I spent a lot of time arguing back and forth. Finally, Martin left and the other person stayed back and told me to call their office and schedule a follow-up service to address the remaining issues. I scheduled an appointment for a follow-up service and the same guy (Martin) shows up! Belligerent and totally unwilling to address anything, including gaps by the front door where I have seen a large lizard get inside. He proceeds to tell me that he can only seal the area if a mouse gets in. I mentioned that if a large lizard can get in, so can a mouse! He is still unwilling to seal that area. Finally, I asked him to leave and texted the sales rep asking for a refund. Will complain to BBB if they do not agree to it.

Our technician Joseph is so helpful and he comes for our quarterly pest control and when we find other issues he comes out and fixes them quickly! He is helpful and kind and informative on what is happening and what he is doing. He is one of the main reasons we keep this service going!

My service reps go beyond what the average person would expect in their quality of service and making sure all pests are taken care of. I really enjoy their service for both inside the house, outside the house, as well as mosquito control in my yard. Terminix is excellent!
