Terminix really came through. We live in a fairly new neighborhood and I was shocked to learn we had rats in the attic. We called on Thursday May 29th and they were there Friday the 30th. They wanted to do the work Saturday the 31st, but we could not be home. By Monday June 2nd, they sealed all the places rodents could get on the outside of the house and roof. They installed the termite bait stations and sprayed the yard for insects. . We have neighbors that recently found out they had termites so we had that treatment done as well. Their technicians were friendly and explained everything to us. The best part was meeting the four gentlemen that came to my house. They had outstanding customer service. Here are the people that came to our house and did the job: Jose Nunez, Shawn Beal, Gerald Carolina, and Nelson Rodriguez. Terminix has some really good people working for them.

Terminix sent Mekiahyee to spray for mosquito control for the first time. He explained the process to me before he began and then asked if I had any questions. He then proceeded to do his job and he did excellent. After the service he came to explain that if I had any problems seeing mosquitos to give them a callback. Terminix had always been very professional and I am pleased with how they take care of their customers.
