This company operates in a highly misleading and unethical way. Their sales associates will say whatever it takes to get you signed up, including falsely claiming there are no cancellation fees. However, once you’re locked into a contract, they turn around and threaten you with outrageous fees if you try to cancel. What’s even more disappointing is the complete lack of professionalism from management. Instead of taking the time to investigate or protect their customers, they immediately dismiss concerns, place blame on the customer, and continue to support the false representations made by their sales team. It’s clear this company prioritizes sales over honesty and customer satisfaction. I will never use this company again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before doing business with them.

The technicians are great. The schedulers, not so much. Because they use a central scheduling system when you call, you are not talking to the local group that is going to come out. So now you have a middleman in the process that can frequently create confusion and delays. Once the technician arrives, they are are generally extremely knowledgeable and capable. The two technicians we had out in the past were Mike Ballard and Mike Austin.

I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Terminix Pest Control and feel others should be aware before signing up. We’ve been paying over $200 a month, yet we barely receive any actual service due to a lack of technicians. Our pest issue hasn’t even been resolved, and scheduling appointments is nearly impossible because they never seem to have availability. When we tried to cancel, we were hit with a $1500 deactivation fee — which feels completely unreasonable and unfair, especially given the lack of service provided. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend reading the fine print and considering other options before committing.
